How to make Keema Matar Recipe?
Step 1
Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan and add onion and garlic. Fry till lightly golden.
Step 2
Add mutton mince, green chilies, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.
Step 3
Stir-fry for five minutes breaking up any lumps if formed. Add three-fourth cup of water, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cover, lower the heat and cook for half an hour.
Step 5
Add peas, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and another half cup of water.
Step 6
Mix well and cook covered for about 10 minutes till the peas are cooked well.
Step 7
Serve hot.
