How to make Lemongrass Chicken Tikka Recipe?
Step 1
Take the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, salt and ginger-garlic paste, and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the cream in a pan. Add the lemongrass and green chilies; bring to a boil on low heat. Remove the pan from heat and let the lemongrass stay in the cream for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Combine together the gram flour, salt, flavored cream and cheese in a bowl. Add the marinated chicken and capsicum and mix well. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate.
Step 4
Thread the chicken pieces and capsicum dices onto skewers.
Step 5
Heat some butter in a grill pan, place the skewers in it. Keep rotating the skewers, till grill marks appear on all the sides, basting with butter.
Step 6
Arrange onion rings and coriander-mint chutney on a serving plate. Serve immediately.
