How to make Chocolate and Orange Soufflé Recipe?
Step 1
Line ramekin moulds on the outside with a parchment paper.
Step 2
Dissolve gelatin in water in a small bowl. Set aside till it blooms.
Step 3
Chop chocolate to fine pieces.
Step 4
Separate egg yolks from the whites and place them in 2 different bowls. Add castor sugar to the yolks.
Step 5
Heat the yolk mixture in a double-boiler and whisk. Add chopped chocolates and cream and gelatin and mix well. Remove from heat and whisk.
Step 6
Add orange marmalade, mix well.
Step 7
Whisk the egg whites with an electric blender. Add castor sugar and whisk till fluffy.
Step 8
Add egg white mixture to the chocolate mixture and fold well. Add whipped cream and fold well.
Step 9
Pour the prepared mixture in the ramekin moulds filling a little extra. Refrigerate till set.
Step 10
Dust cocoa powder on the soufflé, garnish with orange segments.
Step 11
Serve immediately.
