How to make Peas and Paneer Cigars Recipe?
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add the spring onions and cook on medium heat for a few seconds.
Step 2
Add the garlic-green chili paste, mix and cook. Add the green peas, cottage cheese, salt and crushed cumin seeds, mix well.
Step 3
Add the cheese, mix. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
Take the refined flour in a bowl. Add water and mix into thick slurry.
Step 5
Place a portion of the green peas-cottage cheese onto each samosa Patti. Roll and shape into cigar. Apply the slurry and seal the edges.
Step 6
Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry in the cigar till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 7
Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
