How to make Salted Caramel Mousse Recipe?
Step 1
To make mousse, melt chocolate in a bowl in microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
Step 2
Mix melted chocolate and beaten cream in another bowl and whisk well.
Step 3
Put the mousse in a piping bag and pipe out into stemmed glasses.
Step 4
To make salted caramel, heat sugar in a pan, add salt and let the sugar melt. Add 2 tbsps water and stir till the sugar caramelizes. Add butter and fresh cream and mix well.
Step 5
Top the mousse with salted caramel.
Step 6
Garnish with nuts and white chocolate chips and serve.
