How to make Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe?

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Step 2

Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into a bowl.

Step 3

Put 235 ml water, oil, vinegar and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix.

Step 4

Add salt to the flour mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Add powdered sugar and water-oil mixture to the flour mixture and beat well with an electric blender.

Step 6

Fill silicon cupcake moulds with this batter; place the moulds on a baking tray.

Step 7

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 8

Demould and place the cupcakes.

Step 9

Dust some icing sugar.

Step 10

Serve.
