How to make Polenta Cookies Recipe?

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.

Step 2

Cream together the butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater.

Step 3

Add the egg and vanilla essence, salt and fold. Add the polenta, flour and milk and mix well.

Step 4

Put small scoops of dough onto the lined baking tray and lightly flatten using the back of a fork.

Step 5

Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake 14 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Step 6

Serve.
