How to make Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Recipe?
Step 1
Preheat oven at 180º C. Grease an 8 inch square cake tin with some butter.
Step 2
Sieve together the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 3
Combine the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl and soften in the microwave for a minute.
Step 4
Beat together the castor sugar, eggs and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add the flour mixture and walnuts and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared tin, put the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, demould and cut into squares.
Step 6
Blend together the milk, cream, powdered sugar, chocolate ganache and brownie squares till smooth.
Step 7
Transfer the chocolate mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 8
Scoop and serve.
