How to make Schezwan Cheese Fritters Recipe?
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadai.
Step 2
Put grated cheese in a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, onions, spring onions, garlic, schezwan chutney and buttermilk and mix to make a dough.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into quenelles, deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 4
Put a little red chili sauce in a small plate. Place the fritters over the sauce.
Step 5
Garnish with a little parsley and serve hot.
