How to make Gooey Peanut Chocolate Tart Recipe?
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Step 2
Mix together refined flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and rub with your fingertips till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add enough water and knead into semi stiff dough.
Step 3
Press the dough into a tart mould. Prick lightly with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven, cool and separate from the mould
Step 5
Heat cream in a pan. Break chocolate bars into small pieces and add to the cream and cook till the chocolate melts.
Step 6
Add peanuts and mix well. Spread the mixture in the tart shell and keep in the refrigerator to set.
Step 7
Cut into wedges, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
