How to make Quinoa and Vegetable Patties Recipe?
Step 1
Combine the potatoes, garlic, carrot, spring onion with greens, spinach, mixed herbs, salt and crushed peppercorns, parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Take the cornstarch in a bowl. Add water and mix to make smooth slurry.
Step 3
Divide the prepared vegetable mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Step 4
Dip the patties in the slurry and coat with the quinoa.
Step 5
Heat some oil in a pan. Place the prepared patties and shallow-fry till golden from both sides.
Step 6
Serve hot.
