How to make Chocolate Chip Lava Cake Recipe?

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl with beater.

Step 3

Melt white chocolate in microwave. Cool down to room temperature.

 

Step 4

Break egg and add to the bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Add melted white chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 6

Mix refined flour and chocolate chips in a bowl and this to the batter along with salt and fold to mix.

Step 7

Keep the silicon moulds on a baking tray, grease silicon moulds with butter, dust with cocoa powder. Fill the moulds with batter.

Step 8

Place the moulds on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes.

Step 9

Serve hot.
