How to make Double Chocolate Pudding with Strawberry Preserve Recipe?
Step 1
Preheat an oven at 180°C.
Step 2
Cut the sponge cake into half inch slices and arrange them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Boil water in a pan and put the lid over it.
Step 4
Beat together eggs, egg yolk, milk, cream and sugar in a bowl.
Step 5
Remove the lid from the pan, place the bowl with egg mixture over the boiling water, and beat till the mixture becomes light.
Step 6
Remove from the boiling water, add dark chocolate and butter and whisk.
Step 7
Pour this mixture over the cake slices. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Garnish with strawberry jam and serve.
