How to make Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe?
Step 1
In a bowl take yogurt, red chili powder, lime juice, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, Garam masala powder and mustard oil. Whisk well and keep aside.
Step 2
Cut paneer into cubes.
Step 3
Cut onion into one inch pieces and separate the layers, cut one tomato into half, remove the pulp and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Add the cut capsicum, onions and tomatoes to the yogurt mixture. Mix well. Add paneer cubes and keep aside to marinate.
Step 5
In a pan heat some oil. Add cumin seeds and finely chopped onions to the pan. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes or till onions start browning.
Step 6
Skewer Pieces of onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer on the satay sticks.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste to onions and cook for a minute.
Step 8
Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Heat some oil in a grill pan, place the paneer skewers on it and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 10
To the onion tomato masala, add chili powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
Step 11
Add ginger juliennes; slit green chilies and cashew nut paste to the pan. Mix well.
Step 12
Add half cup water and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix.
Step 13
Add the skewered veggies to the masala. Add Garam masala powder, kasoori methi and lime juice.
Step 14
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
