How to make Atte Ki Pinni Recipe?
Step 1
Heat some ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and cook on low heat till fragrant and golden.
Step 2
Add the khoya, mix well and cook for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 3
Add powdered sugar, slivered almonds and raisins and mix well. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and roll them into thick cylinders.
Step 4
Garnish with almond halves and serve.
