How to make Caramelized Banana Crepes Recipe?
Step 1
Mix sugar and refined flour in a bowl. Slowly pour milk into the bowl and beat well to form a smooth batter.
Step 2
Add eggs and ghee and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and chop the bananas.
Step 4
Melt butter in a pan and add brown sugar and bananas and cook, till it forms a thick sauce.
Step 5
Heat a pan and pour a ladle of batter, spin the pan to form a thin uniform crepe.
Step 6
Spread a large spoonful of banana mixture over the crepe fold in half and serve hot.
