How to make Kurkure Achari Aloo Recipe?
Step 1
Put potatoes, rice flour and salt in a bowl, sprinkle some water and mix well.
Step 2
Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan; add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and onion seeds and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add garlic, ginger and onion and cook for a minute.
Step 5
Add pickle masala, fried potatoes, Garam masala powder and salt, cook for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
