How to make Coconut Crusted Fish Recipe?
Step 1
Marinate fish with salt, crushed pepper, some garlic and lemon juice.
Step 2
Chop 1 chili and add to the fish and mix well. Rub the marinade over the fish and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
To make dipping sauce, put soy sauce in a bowl, add lemon juice and honey and mix well.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan.
Step 5
Chop remaining chili.
Step 6
Add garlic, ginger and chopped chili and cook for a minute.
Step 7
Break egg in a bowl, add salt and whisk.
Step 8
Coat the fish in egg and then cover with grated coconut.
Step 9
Place the fish in the pan and shallow-fry till golden brown.
Step 10
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
