How to make Badami Tangdi Recipe?
Step 1
Make light slits on the chicken drumsticks and place them in a bowl. Add green chili paste, crushed black peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and rub onto the chicken drumsticks. Keep aside for 20-25 minutes to marinate.
Step 2
For the 2nd marinade, heat some mustard oil in a pan. Add gram flour and cook for 3-4 minutes. Transfer into a bowl, add turmeric powder, almond paste, hung yogurt and mix well.
Step 3
Add Garam masala powder, lemon rind, white pepper powder, and mustard oil mix well. Add the marinated chicken pieces and coat them well with the second marinade. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Grease the basket of the air fryer with a little oil. Place the marinated chicken pieces in it and fit it to fryer. Cook at 180° C for 14 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
