How to make Methi Malai Chicken Keema Recipe?
Step 1
Roughly chop onion, green chilies and tomatoes and fenugreek leaves and transfer into a chopper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds and cook till fragrant. Add ginger-garlic paste and sliced mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, kasoori methi, coriander powder, salt and water and mix well.
Step 4
Add chicken mince and mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes. Add yogurt, Garam masala powder and mix well.
Step 5
Add fresh cream and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle some Garam masala powder.
Step 6
Serve hot.
