How to make Aloo Gobi Methi Tuk Recipe?
Step 1
Heat water in a pan, add potatoes and cauliflower and cook till the potatoes done.
Step 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, ginger-green chili paste and asafoetida and cook till cumin seeds change colour.
Step 3
Add potatoes and cauliflower and fry till golden brown.
Step 4
Add red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, dried mango powder, black salt, and turmeric powder and mix well.
Step 5
Add half cup water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add fenugreek leaves and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with coriander sprigs and serve hot.
