Butter Fried Chicken with Curry Mayonnaise Recipe -

How to make Butter Fried Chicken with Curry Mayonnaise Recipe?


Step 1


Slit the chicken into two and transfer into a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, half green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well.


 


Step 2


Roughly chop half of the curry leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.


 


Step 3


Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Roughly chop curry leaves and add to the pan. Add green chilies. Switch off the heat, cool and transfer in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, crushed peppercorns, salt and remaining red chili powder and mix well and set aside.


 


Step 4


Add rice flour, corn flour and refined flour to the marinated chicken and mix well.


 


Step 5


Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add marinated chicken and drizzle the hot butter on the chicken. Cook the chicken till crispy.


 


Step 6


Serve hot with mayonnaise dip.
