How to make Aloo ke Paranthe Recipe?
Step 1
Put potatoes, chaat masala powder, anardana, coriander leaves, onion, salt, red chili powder and Garam masala powder in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thick disc and keep a portion of the potato filling in the Centre, bring the edges together, seal well and roll into a ball.
Step 3
Flatten the balls lightly, dust with dry flour and roll into thick paranthe.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick tawa and cook each parantha for 2 to 3 minutes on one side. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Put it on a serving plate and serve immediately.
